spotless hotel, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, location was magnificent positioned to explore the rest of the area. the room was new-fashioned & huge, came with double bed as well as a very nice patio.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Close to the centre of town. A festival was going on while we were there and that was a bonus.

The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable.

Neat and very functional apartments, good location and parking space in front. Good value for money if you need a base to stay and explore the area.

Every apartment has a private and spaceous terrace or balcony, which is nice. However, not much privacy since apartments are facing each other and you will be having a drink outside with your fellow travellers around you. Downstairs apartments need to keep shutters partly closed, if you do not want to be visible for all others.

Nicy room with kitchen (self catering), wifi, good english, nice staff menber, pretty hotel, good location to the beach an city

No breakfast choice, cooker in the room bad

Clean, spatious, big bathroom.

Small bed, old couch, it would have been better if the television with only 5 channels was in the bedroom instead of the poor comfortable livingroom. Of you're sick or want to lay down you're not able to watch.

great location but room firmness needs attention

The location was fantastic, a short stroll to the riverfront and old town attractions. The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette.

The bed firmness was a bit off for my liking.

Is like an apartment, you can live there if you want to.. I nice patio to drink something and play cards. Big room, good for group travelers and couples. You can cook by yourself, buy your own drink and store it. close to the beach and the city center, 5 min walk only.

Very friendly staff! The area where that hotel is, is just amazing!! If you go there you find a very charming village and the hotel is around 100 m away from the beach.you have a lot of free park spaces for your car and you will be able to enjoy nature and nice beaches!

We had a wonderful stay the the Patios Da Vila! The owner was extremely friendly- you could tell he loved his town, and we loved it, too! Milfontes was a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, with unspoiled beach views and absolute quiet. The hotel itself was clean, super spacious, and only a 3 minute walk from the "downtown." We hope to come back, and you should, too!

Ok rooms were fine, no breakfast though these we only rooms but did have cooking facilities dinning table etc.Would recommend if you want self catering

Here's the real story

An ideal getaway with a splendid location! The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette. Enjoyed relaxing on the small balcony while observing the storks nearby. The quiet atmosphere enhanced our stay, though a few minor inconveniences like occasional crickets disrupted our rest. Definitely a nice experience!

Excellent water pressure for shower

Smokey curtains in room no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. No extraction fan in bathroom, everything gets damp.

The patios were very good equipped with all the appliances in the kitchen, Was a lot of space, clean.

TV was only at the saloon, but the couch in the saloon was not very clean and smelled quite bad, so was not very comfortable to spend evening in the couch.
